We purchased the Wolf 30 E-Series Transitional Speed Oven and the first fourth dimension we used information technology as a convection oven the drinking glass in the door exploded all over our kitchen. Wolf is well aware of this trouble as it'southward shown nether their "common" problems on their website. Customer service rep I spoke with said that she's simply heard of information technology happening 5 or 6 times over the vi years she's been there, and so patently this is acceptable to Wolf. I was standing iii ft. in front of it when it happened, but luckily had my dorsum turned or I would have been digging drinking glass out of my confront rather than my pilus. Wolf said they would supersede it with the same product - flow. No way am I taking the chance again and having it blow up in my grandson's face.

The technician says that the dramatically uneven browning is related to the design of the flue and cannot exist rectified. Wolf's technical service director says the temperature variations are "inside their tolerance levels" and that these ovens are "far better roasters than bakers". (I have owned numerous run-of-the-manufacturing plant gas ovens and accept never had this problem.) The interior is only 24" wide and the rack glides protrude another inch on each side. My old roasting pan barely fits. Absurdly, you get iii racks with your oven. I don't know how you could use more than ane.

Not a fan of Wolf. Nosotros accept a 7 year old 30in induction cooktop. A couple weeks back information technology suddenly stopped in the middle of cooking spaghetti noodles. A fuse associated with a generator blew. Wolf said they can no longer replace that function, and the unabridged unit must be replaced. They did not offer any loyalty enticement such as even a small-scale 10% off for buy of a new appliance. Based on this feel of weak longevity/durability of the components and inconsiderate customer service, I will not buy another Wolf nor recommend the make.

We take a 36" Wolf gas Range (stove and oven) stand up alone unit. We utilize the cooktop every day simply use the oven well-nigh twice/calendar week. The range is beautiful with the red knobs and the company smartly recessed the knobs below the front edge and so that when grease spatters, information technology doesn't too spray on the knobs so less cleaning required of the knobs. We ordered this brand due to its reputation, looks and availability during the pandemic- just a 4-6 week pb time. The range is not cheap only if you dear to cook, it'southward worth it. I hateful, you use it every solar day and will for years. Nosotros tin run across why so many dear it. The best part is that the burners each have a separate simmer range from high to low which actually does work! And there is i pocket-size burner for using smaller pans.
Nosotros have establish when recipes call for a slow simmer, you can run into ho-hum bubbling simmering versus high, faster bubbles. This is something that a can't be washed on low heat. We don't tend to use the oven as much merely accept tested the temperature and it is working fine. Equally a gas range, it does not accept a self-cleaning oven but we chose gas to sear food meliorate. The side runway come out easily and the cavity is smooth when we do demand to clean the oven. The quoted delivery from our local shop was spot on during this crazy pandemic, and we are in a smaller California town. Information technology's a U.s. based visitor which is great to back up likewise.

Unacceptable customer service: one of my burners stopped working and I accept at present been waiting for over a year for a replacement. I have called and then many times, first they blamed Brexit (part stuck in Usa, I even offered to bring it myself from there), and now one year later the service manager told me that the company that makes one of the components has gone into liquidation. Not only this is concerning regarding their supply chain (supposed to exist likewise range, price included!) but also how is this a valid alibi a year later? The service managing director pretended to be surprised "How come you have non been contacted almost this? I will sort it out TOMORROW", weeks later notwithstanding no news, some other empty call right at present. Please stay away from this company if y'all live in the Great britain - and Wolf/Subzero please get involved!

four year old e series oven…. Ran perfectly well till a calendar week ago when the relay card and wiring harness stopped working. Replaced relay card twice, appears that it defenseless fire during this process and melted the wiring harness connectors and the carte du jour. Certified repair contractor was excellent. Oven nevertheless not-functional and Wolf cust service seems defensive rather than helpful. They need to consider the user more.

We purchased a Wolf double oven in 2018 so we have information technology for most 3 years. The issues started almost immediately where within half-dozen months we had to have the motherboard replaced the first time. In 2020 nosotros replaced the motherboard over again subsequently the oven would shut off every time the door was open. Nosotros discovered this on Thanksgiving and didn't realize the oven was off for a good hr with the turkey even so in it. It seems that if nosotros try to cook anything at 400 or above the oven can't handle it and shuts down. When checking the temperature of the oven against a thermometer it is near 30° off. The probe merely lasted nearly a year. Now if we are using the elevation oven at a high temp it will close off the bottom oven.
Cannot believe we haven't even been able to get three years of use out of this very expensive oven. Wish nosotros never purchased. Also have a wolf range and many times the burners won't even plough on without having to utilize a lighter. We also purchased a Subzero fridge. As well less than three years we've had to accept the icemaker replaced and the fan replaced.

I've had over feel with Viking and Wolf stoves. Wolf is by far the winner! After about 10 years the Viking gas oven started making loud noises every bit if the gas was rushing out. It was frightening and I'd have to turn information technology off then back on to become it to end. It would also burn cookies on one side of a cookie sheets and non get them done the others. A Viking familiar repairman said information technology was a common problem for Viking. In contrast, the Wolf remains virtually similar new over a similar time menstruum and provides more even cooking.

I love my Wolf range & oven. My Wolf microwave/convection oven has had to be repaired twice because the door wouldn't open. The second time nosotros had to call the dealer (within two weeks) the servicemen cracked the edges of the glass & I found iii bolts on the floor after they left! When we continued to have the same issue with the door latch my husband put a double piece of gorilla record on the within of the door then now we just pull that to get the door opened! Wolf needs to educate their repair personnel ameliorate or brand ameliorate door latch.

We spent thousands of dollars to buy supposedly top of the line Wolf double oven and within few usage the large oven blew. So nosotros contacted mechanic to set the oven and it took over a month to go the tech. This supposed tech shows up with very limited noesis and ordered a wrong function. I asked him if wolf breaks a lot. He said information technology seems to be happening more and more. Now they are telling us to reschedule. I would non buy these products ever again. Buggiest mistake ever.
