The apartment is charming and romantic with a lovely outdoor garden where you can dine al fresco. The house is located very close to the Fountain of Fontebranda and the mechanized escalators that take you up to the city proper and the duomo. I can't say enough about how comfortable this apartment is...we lacked for nothing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up amazing meals. The apartment has a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and wonderful bath toiletries. The place is immaculately clean and the beds are mega comfy. There are two parking lots near the house. One is paid and the other is free. You can usually nab a spot in the free parking lot during the day. The host was kind enough to give us her resident parking card which you can refill and pay 1/2 the parking fare. The house comes with a vast library of DVDs, CDs, and books to keep you entertained should you need a break from sightseeing. The garden is very well tended and very pretty. Keep in mind that you will need to lug your luggage from the parking lot to the house. Traveling light is recommended. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rolling hills, greenery, hearing the sheep bells and birds chirping makes this a perfect Tuscan dream. The villa itself is so amazing with the multiple outside areas to spend time and lovely interior. All three bedrooms and kitchen are upstairs which was fun to have all together for our group. David was so helpful. He met us and lead us to the property and showed us around. Power went out while we were there and he picked up the phone to help up reset the power. Very kind and we loved our stay at this gorgeous picturesque property. about a 15-20 min drive into Siena and we loved the restaurants we went to in the little town of Sovicillle too!

Very spacious studio with kitchen. It has everything you need. Very clean, comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. We stayed with our 6 months old daughter and it was perfect in terms of space and infrastructure (baby-bed, high chair, washing machine) Highly recommended!!

Very clean apartment with a great location and helpfull host. He helped us with great tips for Siena (ask for the restaurant tips) but also for the rest of trip in Italy. The breakfast is also really good and will be served in the room.

The measures taken against the covid pandemic are taken seriously by the friendly staff. It is a very pieceful green and well maintained place to be. It feels very clean. The pool area is a beautiful place and the salt water feels delightful on the skin (it is not that salt as you would think though).

An excellent location in the very center of Siena. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very friendly staff. 16 century building with its character and vibe. Amazing room with a terrace. 2 shared bathrooms. Very clean. Good value for money.
